Praying Together
Corporate Prayer
Monday Evening's 6:00 -7:00 pm
Corporate prayer is the term used to describe praying together with other people—in small groups or in larger bodies of people. It is an important part of the church and in Acts 2:42, we learn that the early church prayed together: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

Learning and Growing Together
Mid-Week Bible Study
As Christians we believe it is vitally important to study God’s word.
Our Midweek Bible Study is a casual 1 hour but intense time of biblical engagement into Gods word where, members are inspired through a systematic approach of learning to live their faith daily.
Wednesdays 6:00 pm- 7:00pm
4 Reasons We Believe That Bible Study Is Important
1. Bible Study helps us develop a better relationship and understanding of who God is and the role He has for our lives.
2. Studying the bible helps us to gain Godly Wisdom and Knowledge.
3. Bible Study helps us build up a defense against the enemy and a resistance to temptation.
4. It helps us teach others truth; as well as guard ourselves from false teachings.

During this season we prepare for Passover and its fulfillment resurrection, liberation and occupation of a new life in a new land, place and space.
Micah 6:6 With what shall I come before the LORD, And bow myself before the High God? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, 7 With calves a year old? Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, Ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 8 He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?
During this time of preparation let it be an evaluation as well. Our worship must exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees. We must never let it become rituals, feast and forms with no community impact. Our worship must never just be internal, self-contained and self-beneficial only. If our worship does not go beyond the boundaries of our walls, buildings and spaces to impact the community, liberate the captives and speak for those who have no voice we have missed what is required.
We must lead in doing justice, loving mercy and walking humbly with God. We walk with Him 52 weeks a year in corporate worship. We love mercy and do acts of kindness daily and weekly both personally and corporately. We do justice through the power of organized people. Our power to confront, redeem and change fallen systems is when we do justice together. It is what love, worship and Jesus looks like in the community. As we prepare for Passover let’s remember the first Passover and the liberation of slaves from bondage. Read the Psalms for strength and courage for the next 40 days
